Conventionally wisdom has it that it doesn’t really matter who the Democrat candidate is, they will wlk away with the election in November. I can’t help being a contrarian here. Yes, Republicans are about as unpopular as disco, but I don’t think the public is stupid. I think they are far less partisan that most of us in the media, and I don’t think they’ll make their decision in fall based on the status of the Republican brand, as Newt Gingrich suggested yesterday. This election is going to be between John McCain and Barack Obama and their party affiliation borderline irrelevant.
Gingrich is right that the Republican “brand” is toast. But the Democrats aren’t doing all that much better. The fact is both parties have run out of political capital with mainstream common-sense Americans. Yet, we still have to vote for someone don’t we.

Getting the word out
In an effort to get the word out on the happenings of the political runnings we have teamed up with another great blog called link back link. Whome you can see in the affiliate links.
Is it worth voting? Why Vote? I think you cant complain about anything if you dont at least make an effort or show that you have some interest in the direction this country is going. Even if the voting is fixed and your vote doesnt mean anything. But its the mere fact of you going out and showing at least an effort in trying to change the political direction of this country, So go out in vote in these upcoming elections. I'll keep you posted when new things come up. Im out.

The Political Craze
Obama...Clinton....McCain....Isnt it all the same in every election? Promises are made that cant be kept. And in some way or another the country ends up getting screwed.
But I dont understand why people have bashed so much on bush if we have been in worst situations with other presidents and they have made them look like heroes. We will never have a perfect president so stop expecting one. No Ones perfect and i dont think any ordinary person could do a better job under so much pressure. But who knows. Im out. Peace.
